During this activity, I started lifting one leg up at a time while doing the tosses. Am I able to do the same with balls? how many tosses can I stand on one leg during? how many tosses can I do in a day max?
Balance/stretching
Can I consistently get my nose to the ground wall-walking like I did yesterday? How much more growth can I get by listening to my body while conditioning?
Cooking, knife coordination
Can I chop faster? can I create a unified system for cutting food?

Can I establish a daily reading habit of dramatic works like I did with scripture reading. How much benefit can I obtain by doing so. Will examining dramatic texts the way I examine literature/scriptures improve my acting ability?
