| Dreaming | Macbeth is internally narrating the “King” congratulating him for a military victory. All of the nobles listed, are in Macbeth's head, and narrated by him. |
| Ward | A policeman is admitting “the king” impersonator, to the hospital. The Doctor signs some involuntary admittance forms. The policeman leaves. |
| Scene 3 | |
| Dreaming | The weird sisters, who all have the same physical appearance make their prophecy to Macbeth. |
| Ward | The Doctor, is muttering to himself in his office, at his desk. |
| Scene 4 | |
| Dreaming | Duncan is “congratulating” Macbeth on his victory and loyalty. |
| Ward | The Doctor, appears to be having an short medical session with “the king”. From the body language, it's apparent that the doctor is acting out the part of Macbeth, and “the king” while confused, is enjoying the flattery. |
| Scene 5 | |
| Dreaming | Lady Macbeth, is plotting to murder king Duncan with her husband. |
| Ward | The doctor, is alone muttering in his office. He apparently is taking his delusions seriously. |
| Scene 6 | |
| Dreaming | King Duncan (a hallucination of “the king” distinguished from the real one by the crown on his head), is being taken into Macbeth castle |
| Ward | The Doctor, is daydreaming in his office muttering all of the dialogue to himself. no-one else is present. |
| Scene 7 | |
| Dreaming | Macbeth is planning his murder of king Duncan with lady Macbeth. |
| Ward | The Doctor, is prepping a syringe, to murder “the king” with. |
| Act 2 | |
| Scene 1 | |
| Dreaming | Macbeth and Banquo talk to Fleance. After the others exit, Macbeth resolves to kill king Duncan. |
| Ward | The Doctor, is having a session with The Porter. The Porter appears to comments on the time, but other than that, The Doctor and he are entirely silent. After The Porter leaves, The doctor readies his Syringe, to kill “the king” |
| Scene 2 | |
| Dreaming | Lady Macbeth, Convinces Macbeth to keep his determination, to kill the king. |
| Ward | The Doctor, paces back and forth in his office, indecisively, as if in inner conflict. His body language reacts directly to Lady Macbeth's comments and arguments. He musters his resolution to murder “the king” |
| Scene 3 | |
| Dreaming | The Porter precedes “macduff” entering the castle. Macduff, Macbeth, and the nobles discuss the murder of king Duncan, and the dead guards are accused of the deed. |
| Ward | The Porter, precedes The badass Nurse entering The doctor's office. The porter is the same character for Macbeth, and the Doctor, an inpatient, in hospital gown, who actually says his own dialogue. |
| The badass Nurse, seems to be panicking over the Death of “the king” seems disconnected from the conversation, which The Other Doctor takes with outrage. By body language, it seems that The Other doctor has attributed it to psychological shock. | |
| Rather than guilt for the murder of “The King”. The other Doctor, seems to think it may be a simple drug overdose, and does not yet suspect foul play. | |
| Scene 4 | |
| Dreaming | Mcduff, and several nobles, discuss the passing of the king, the assumption of guilt, and the succession of the throne. |
| Ward | The doctor, is silently watching “The King's” corpse being removed from the hospital, by two staff members. |
| Act 3 | |
| Scene 1 | |
| Dreaming | Macbeth, summons the two murderer's to kill Banquo, who he suspects of betraying his secret. |
| Ward | Initially, The Doctor, appears to be Racked with guilt, while discussing the murders with Banquo. After he exits, the doctor starts to take a more malicious look in his eyes. |
| By the time he has sent them off, he is holding his syringe again, with renewed killing intent | |
| Scene 2 | |
| Dreaming | Macbeth and lady Macbeth plot the murder of Banquo, and Fleance. |
| Ward | The doctor, is working in the common room of the in-patient ward. He seems to be “sizing up” The Porter that he associates with Fleance, and invites him to his office. |
| Scene 3 | |
| Dreaming | The three murderers, succeed in killing Banquo. Fleance escapes. |
| Ward | The Doctor, struggles with his conscience, until Banquo dies. Once Banquo is dead, he tries to murder The Porter, with a syringe. The Porter, manages to escape his office, by fending off The Doctor, with a chair. |
| Scene 4 | |
| Dreaming | Macbeth, Lady Macbeth, and the murders, discuss their guilt. The ghost of Banquo appears and disappears, frightening Macbeth. Macbeth decides to go to bed, and talk to the Weird Sisters later. |
| Ward | The Doctor, appears to be struggling with a combination of panic, and when Banquo's ghost is present, lingering guilt. He appears very frightened. He prepares a sedative, and takes a nap in his office. |
| Scene 5 | |
| Dreaming | The first witch talks to Hecate |
| Ward | The Doctor, is asleep. |
| Scene 6 | |
| Dreaming | The lord, and Lennox talk to each other, about the previous events |
| Ward | The Doctor, is asleep. |
| Act 4 | |

| Dreaming | The three witches, give Macbeth the prophecy of his downfall. |
| Ward | The Doctor, is asleep. He occasionally mutters and screams corresponding to Macbeth more emotional reactions in this scene. |
| Scene 2 | |
| Dreaming | The murderers, enter lady Macduff's castle, and kills her son |
| Ward | Red Scrubs #1 and Blue Scrubs, are told by The Teenager that he was attacked by The Doctor. Red Scrubs #1 and Blue Scrubs confront The Doctor, about his having attacked The Porter |
| He overpowers them, and murders the Red Scrubs. Blue Scrubs, escapes the office. | |

| Act 5 | |
| Scene 1 | |
| Dreaming | Lady Macbeth's Out damned spot scene. |
| Ward | The Doctor, with a body in his office, in a panic struggles to deal with the body, and is panicked. He matches Lady Macbeth's actions of trying to rub the “dammed spot” off her, by trying to wash the blood off his hands, with hand sanitizer. |
| Scene 2 | |
| Dreaming | Macbeth's enemies, are mobilizing their forces in Birnam wood. |
| Ward | The Badass Nurse, is getting the patients and staff, under control. He is gathering them on the far end of the common room, huddling them around a fake plastic Christmas tree |
| Scene 3 | |
| Dreaming | Macbeth, is referring to the prophecy, and planing his being invincible, until Birnam wood comes to Duirisbane. |
| Ward | The Doctor, is clearly agitated, and full of bloodlust. He is preparing for a full on fight, by prepping several fresh syringes, and locking his office door. |
| Scene 4 | |
| Dreaming | Macbeth enemies decide to mobilize their forces by grabbing branches of the Birnam wood. |
| Ward | The Badass Nurse, tells the others to stay where they are. He then picks up the fake tree, and prepares to uses it as a battering ram, to force open The Doctor's door. |
| Scene 5 | |
| Dreaming | Macbeth talks to his soldiers about the screams of women, and rallies them by saying they will at least die in battle. |
| Ward | As The Badass Nurse, starts to batter down The Doctor's Door, he revels in the screams of the female patients/nurse, and steels himself for battle syringe in hand, with a few spares on his desk. |
| Scene 6 | |
| Dreaming | Malcolm, Siward, and Macduff, prepare to enter the castle. They throw down their branches |
| Ward | The Badass Nurse, and two other nurses, prepare to take the doctor's office by storm. As the door breaks, they enter his office. |
| Scene 7 | |
| Dreaming | Macbeth fights and kills young Siward. Then Malcolm, Macduff, and Siward enter the castle. |
| Ward | The Doctor, Fights and kills red Scrubs #2, who enters the room ahead of the others. Red Scrubs #2 get in first, as he is thinner than the others, and a file cabinet hinders their entry within. |
| Scene 8A | |
| Dreaming | Macbeth is confronted by Macduff. They fight, while Macbeth monologues as he fights macduff. The lighting in the castle interior fades to black. |
| Ward | The Doctor, is confronted by The badass nurse, who motions to the others to stay back. The Doctor, is clearly saying Macbeth's lines, as he is fighting the furious Badass Nurse. The lighting in the office fades to black. |
| Scene 8B | |
| Dreaming | Malcolm, Siward, Ross have their discussion. Macduff is seen entering holding Macbeth's head. They hail Malcolm, the new king of Scotland |
| Ward | The Doctor, is in a stretcher, physically restrained by bindings. He is in a catatonic state, as the policemen removes him from the ward. The patients and staff seem relived that their nightmare is over. |
